Wind turbines are designed to work at low revolutions on direct drive props without gearboxes. This means they will start generating from as little as 3mps (6.7mph) with lower than background sound emissions. Average yearly wind speeds in the UK are approximately 5mps (11mps).

Energy Save use low maintenance fixed blade designs with spring freefurling systems to ensure ultimate reliability. The 5KW to 20 KW units have the latest anemoscope electronic control systems to ensure maximum efficiency. The inverters have interactive technology enabling engineers to program through a laptop or PC.

Planning Permission?

Some installations do not require planning permission, however you should check with your local planning office first. We can apply on your behalf and you will need to pay a deposit and local authority fees.
